Student Assistant in Project Management

Are you pursuing a degree in medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, business/economics, digital business management, or a related field? If so, you have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within an international healthcare organization while you study. Contribute to our Project Management Office for a duration of 12 months. This role offers you a unique perspective on various projects, the pharmaceutical product development lifecycle, and the chance to establish a global network within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project management methodologies, tools, and documentation.
  • Provide operational support for the implementation of project management software solutions.
  • Organize, execute, and follow up on workshops and meetings.
  • Maintain and enhance data within SharePoint platforms and project database applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, business/economics, digital business management, or a similar discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured approach and a collaborative spirit in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
  • Self-motivated, highly engaged, and adaptable.
