Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Information Management Systems Developer to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our digital strategy team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Project Information Management System (PIMS) to ensure its efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features and changes to the existing PIMS system, ensuring seamless integration with our digital strategy.
- Perform root cause analysis and initiate problem resolution for technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders and leading working students as needed.
- Coordinate operation activities to achieve high performance and availability of the implemented system, working closely with business, finance, and external vendors.
- Contribute to global projects to implement our digital strategy for core areas of R&D and CoE PLT, serving as an expert point of contact for data migration and integration plans.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the PIMS, ensuring a seamless user experience and staying updated with the latest technology developments.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and working students, translating business requirements into efficient digital process flows within the PIMS.
- Participate in special projects or tasks as needed, leveraging your expertise in Power Platforms, Azure SQL, and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
- Several years of work experience in Product Lifecycle Management & Project Management Systems, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, with a strong ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Platforms, Azure SQL, and related technologies, with a strong knowledge of data modeling, application design, and UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in English, with a willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours to meet project deadlines.
