Bring your drive and passion for sales to Personio and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of HR technology. As a Sales Development Team Lead, you'll play a key role in developing and executing lead and account generation strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a strong sales culture that prioritizes customer-centricity and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute lead and account generation strategies to align with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and account executives teams to create a seamless sales approach.
  • Identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers to enhance targeting strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize processes and improve conversion rates, time to sell, and average revenue per account (ARPA).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales development and/or account executive roles in B2B new customer acquisition.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a B2B sales team or equivalent experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and engagement platforms like Groove, Salesloft, and Outreach.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with colleagues and customers.
  • A strong focus on delivering high-quality interactions with potential prospects, ensuring a positive experience.
  • A deep understanding of software, sales processes, and familiarity with sales models like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, GAP Selling, and BANT.
  • A track record of accurate forecasting and consistently exceeding set goals in a timely manner.
  • Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
