- Verkaufskultur: Du wirst eine starke Verkaufskultur fördern, die den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt aller Aktivitäten stellt und einen kundenorientierten Ansatz pflegt.
- Strategische Planung: Du wirst Strategien zur Lead- und Account-Generierung entwickeln und umsetzen, die mit unseren Verkaufszielen übereinstimmen.

- Nachgewiesener Erfolg in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Demand-Generation-Programmen für Inside- und Field-Sales-Organisationen.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit relevanten CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce und Engagement-Plattformen wie Groove, Salesloft und Outreach.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten, sowohl im Team als auch mit Kollegen und Kunden.
- Ein starker Fokus auf die Bereitstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Interaktionen mit potenziellen Interessenten, um ein positives Erlebnis zu gewährleisten.
- Ein tiefes Verständnis für Software, Vertriebsprozesse und Vertrautheit mit Verkaufsmodellen wie MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, GAP Selling und BANT.
- Eine Erfolgsbilanz in genauer Prognose und konsistenter Übererfüllung der gesetzten Ziele in einem rechtzeitigen Rahmen.
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (oder äquivalent C2) und fließend Englisch (Geschäftssprache).
