Job Description

As a Country Sales Leader at Optiply, you will play a key role in our international expansion in Germany, driving sales initiatives to penetrate the market and boost revenue growth in your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and strategic thinking, you will be responsible for establishing Optiply as the leading solution for supply chain optimization. Your tasks will include prospecting, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations, covering the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers, to foster business growth and brand awareness.
    • Be responsible for the entire customer cycle, from initial contact and contract negotiation to technical onboarding and customer success.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Optiply's overall business objectives.
  • Market Penetration
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Optiply as the market leader in your assigned country by:
      • Proactively reaching out to outbound leads via various channels.
      • Providing product demonstrations and showcasing the value proposition.
      • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to coordinate inbound and outbound leads.
      • Sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
      • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects.
      • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
