Financial Analyst, Transfer Pricing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Freudenberg Performance Materials Holding GmbH. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our Transfer Pricing, Licensing and Central Services framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our Transfer Pricing Strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adherence to global tax and legal standards.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of FPM's Transfer Pricing Strategy, including Services and Licenses.
  • Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing tools for margin monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across the business group.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for Transfer Pricing and consult FPM entities to ensure compliance.
  • Drive global Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment with local and global regulatory standards.
  • Implement FPM wide Operational Transfer Pricing tool EXA and represent FPM Global Finance in group wide initiatives, roundtables and committees.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Sciences or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative, independence, and motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Transfer Pricing strategy, documentation and compliance in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and tax requirements, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic, global business context.
  • Ability to lead and implement financial projects across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle HFM and other financial software used for data analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, German is a plus.
