Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Media Account Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a Digital Media Account Manager at PIA, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with publishers, managing sales pipelines, and delivering top-notch traffic for our clients' campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with the Head of Monetization to boost sales pipeline and strengthen partnerships with potential traffic sources.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
- Engage with publishers through online and offline channels and represent us at trade events and conferences.
- Oversee existing inventory yields by trafficking ad campaigns within our ad ecosystems.
- Monitor revenue, performance, and optimization metrics to analyze traffic placement trends within our inventory sources.
- Have a solid understanding of digital media campaign setup, optimization, strategy, and reporting.
- Navigate large data sets using pivot tables to validate leads across various advertising exchanges, networks, and direct publisher traffic sources.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management within an Ad Agency or AdTech/MarTech/Mobile Industry.
- Solid understanding of the mobile ad industry.
- Self-starter with ability to take full ownership and initiative.
- Research skills: capable of conducting comprehensive, client-facing research.
- Startup mentality: motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
