Ihre Rolle

In der Funktion als Senior Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d) agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Bewerbern im Bankwesen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Ansprache von hochqualifizierten Talenten und tragen maßgeblich zur positiven Candidate Experience bei.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von Fach- und Führungskräften im Bankwesen
  • Pflege und Ausbau Ihres Netzwerks sowie aktive Identifikation von Talenten über verschiedene Kanäle
  • Durchführung von Bewerbergesprächen zur Qualifikationsbewertung und Beratung zu Karrieremöglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Schaffung einer positiven Kandidatenerfahrung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Recruiting-Strategien
  • Erstellung von ansprechenden Stellenbeschreibungen
  • Nachhaltige Betreuung Ihres Kandidatennetzwerks für zukünftige Positionen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und Freude an der Begleitung von Menschen auf ihrem Karriereweg
  • Vertrautheit mit modernen Recruiting-Tools wie Xing TalentManager und LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proaktive und operative Arbeitsweise mit Begeisterung für Active Sourcing und Talent Management
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
