KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner Management and Development:

  • Collaborate with partners to uncover new joint ventures.
  • Craft collaborative solution proposals to secure these opportunities.
  • Monitor partnership dynamics and enhance inter-organizational relationships.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Stay informed about market trends and shifts.
  • Identify potential leads and target demographics.
  • Collect market insights to guide product innovation.
  • Engage with prospective clients and facilitate their journey through the sales process.
  • Develop tailored solutions for client challenges, prepare quotations, and assist throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Represent Breeze Technologies at industry events, including trade shows and conferences.

Your role will evolve in alignment with your interests and performance, offering opportunities to specialize or advance into leadership as Breeze Technologies continues to grow.

WHO WE SEEK:

We are in search of a Partner & Sales Manager ready to engage with our existing partner network and drive joint customer initiatives. You will also be instrumental in identifying new leads for our customer acquisition efforts.

As a vital member of our business team, your influence on our brand perception among partners and clients will be significant, contributing to our overall success.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to diverse partner and customer profiles.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate partner and customer needs.
  • A genuine commitment to environmental sustainability.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with governmental technologies, industry, or facilities is a plus.
  • Experience in proposal writing for public tenders is desirable.
