Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or equivalent education is required. Relevant job experience may be considered in lieu of formal education on a nine-months-for-nine-months basis. The ability to read and interpret instructions, as well as perform basic calculations related to food preparation, is necessary.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be adjusted without reposting.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
Required work schedule includes rotating hours between Monday and Sunday, from 0700 to 1900 hours, including weekends and holidays. Applicants not authorized to earn U.S. dollars in Germany are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities
The Culinary Service Associate will rotate between various workstations, performing the following tasks regularly:
- Operate a variety of kitchen and food preparation equipment, including steamers, ovens, grills, deep fryers, microwaves, and ranges, adhering to established procedures.
- Prepare food items such as vegetables, meats, and sandwiches, applying seasonings according to established recipes.
- Ensure the cleanliness of food products, utensils, cooking equipment, and preparation areas by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing in accordance with established standards.
- Assemble customer orders, including all specified food items.
- Take customer food selection orders by actively listening to their needs, offering suggestions, and expressing gratitude for their business. Demonstrate knowledge by recommending new food items.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, provide change, and present orders to customers. Prepare beverage requests as needed and account for cash funds while preparing necessary reports.
- Contribute to the establishment and achievement of service and sales goals for the food service operation. Assist in ensuring optimal stock availability by participating in periodic inventory counts. Communicate customer requests and complaints to management.
- Ensure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations. Assist in unloading, receiving, and storing food and supply items as required.
- Actively promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card to customers to enhance sales growth and customer loyalty. Perform other related duties as assigned.
