ob Title: Test Administrator

Overview: The Test Administrator is responsible for administering aptitude, language proficiency, and professional development tests to military personnel as part of the US Air Force's personnel assessment and professional education programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Administer tests including WAPS, PME, CDC, ASVAB/AFCT, AFOQT, AF Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning, and Defense Language Proficiency tests
- Provide instructions and ensure adherence to prescribed time limits for each test
- Maintain test logs recording examinee information and test start/stop times
- Prepare testing facilities ensuring proper spacing, lighting, heat, etc.
- Verify examinee identities and authorize admittance to test sessions
- Secure test materials before, during, and after testing sessions
- Identify and respond to any testing irregularities or compromises
- Maintain statistical data on tests and examinees
- Perform administrative duties related to test inventory, mailings, schedules, etc.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree or higher required
- 1+ years experience administering military education and aptitude tests (preferred)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow strict processes and guidelines
- Familiarity with military education systems and acronyms
- Ability to obtain base access and clearances
