Field Sales Consultant for Passenger Vehicles

Position Overview:

As a key player in the sales department, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our esteemed range of passenger vehicles. Your role will encompass direct customer engagement and fostering relationships that drive sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively market and sell new passenger vehicles.
  • Support the designated sales territory with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver expert advice to clients, enhancing their enthusiasm for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Communicate various service products and offers related to our vehicles.
  • Identify and acquire new clientele while ensuring ongoing support and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze market opportunities and convert them into tailored customer propositions.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and maintain awareness of market trends.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess certification as an automotive salesperson (f/m/d) in accordance with industry standards or have extensive experience in automotive sales. Additional qualifications include:

  • A completed technical or commercial vocational training or relevant degree.
  • A passion for customer interaction and a charismatic approach.
  • A strong performance-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital sales processes.
