Satellite Operations System Engineer (m/f/d) Galileo Service Operation Support

Your Tasks

  • Lead technical queries and anomaly investigations in collaboration with satellite operations teams
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders involved in space segment maintenance activities
  • Design and validate recovery actions with experts and support their implementation in-flight
  • Process and analyze telemetry and maintain supporting tools and infrastructure
  • Participate in preparation of technical proposals for customers
  • Contribute to development of activities within Galileo

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of satellite systems and experience in satellite operations
  • Pro-active and self-managed working style
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Working level proficiency in written and spoken English, German or other language skills
  • Willing to travel to customer sites
