Job Title: Lead Data Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the strategy for the Material Master data cluster, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
  • Lead and mentor Data Owners or Sub-Owners in your cluster, providing guidance on data governance and quality.
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities, prioritizing and metrics, and provide functional expertise on data models and governance.
  • Review data migration reports and recommend corrective action as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies, with several years of professional experience in a leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in Master Data Management, with a strong understanding of SAP data models and industry-leading data quality practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to facilitate in an international and intercultural environment.
