About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Port and Harbor Services team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and coordination of technical projects throughout all stages of the Q-gate process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform port surveys for pre-assembly, load-out, crew harbors, and manufacturing facilities quays.
  • Support tender, procurement, and project teams in port negotiations, technical, and commercial reviews.
  • Support Project Procurement in preparation of Lease Option Agreements & Lease Agreements in alignment with Senior Harbor Sales Specialist.
  • Actively participate in the Sales handover to Projects.
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships with port owners, contractors, 3rd party suppliers, and operators.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from project and New Market Teams.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering or Maritime Engineering background.
  • Relevant technical background with commercial flair or vice versa.
  • Profound knowledge of site and engineering, expert user AutoCAD, etc. 3D design.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position in an international organization.
  • Experience in building strong relations, solving issues in a non-confrontational way.
  • Talented at multi-stakeholder management and achieving results through great negotiation skills.
  • Structured, but able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Persistent, solution-oriented, and possessing an intercultural understanding.
  • Excellent communication and English skills, both speaking and in writing.
  • People management and good communication capabilities, ability to inspire others showing commitment to achieving targets/goals.
  • Demonstrates good decision-making skills and takes responsibility for decisions taken.
  • Can develop an environment in which others can work to the best of their abilities, allowing creative and innovative thoughts and ideas.
