Building solutions for a better life. The business unit is an international provider of systems, solutions, and services that enhance the safety of people, buildings, and assets, while also contributing to more comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies consists of the international product business as well as the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas - video systems, access control & intrusion alarm systems, and communication systems - and the related cross-functional areas within the business unit are being set up as independent units and are then to be further developed as sustainable core businesses by a new owner. The Integrator Business (IB) and the Business Unit Fire Safety (FS) will remain with Bosch Building Technologies.

  • Working alongside the departments, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex and demanding sales and marketing processes at a local level.
  • As part of agile projects, you will implement customer-specific customizations in the SAP Sales (C4C) & Marketing (SMC) Cloud.
  • You will shape the processes and functionalities of the future in interdisciplinary teams and regularly expand your knowledge of new methods and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of sales and marketing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Develop and implement customer-specific customizations in the SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of sales and marketing processes and functionalities.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed (technical) university degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Personality and Work Style: You carry out your tasks in a structured and independent manner. You enjoy working openly and responsibly in international teams.
  • Experience and Know-How: You are familiar with best practices in the Lead to Quotation process and campaign management in the electrical industry. In addition, you have several years of experience in customizing complex sales and marketing processes in the SAP Sales & Marketing Cloud. Good knowledge of integrating the SAP Sales & Marketing Cloud via SAP CPI is advantageous. You have the ability to successfully roll out standard software internationally in the context of agile projects (SCRUM, etc.).
  • Willingness to Travel: You have a willingness to travel of up to 20%.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
