**Jobbeschreibung**

Als Payroll-Manager bei Hyundai spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, um unseren Mitarbeitern hochwertige Finanz- und Personal-Dienstleistungen zu bieten. Sie arbeiten mit den Finanz-, Personal- und IT-Teams zusammen, um die organisatorische Effizienz zu verbessern und Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
  • Sie führen ein breites Spektrum monatlicher Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungs-aufgaben durch, einschließlich Datenerfassung, Überprüfung und Analyse, Erstellung von Berichten und Prozessrichtlinien sowie Aufrechterhaltung einer effektiven Kommunikation mit internen Partnern (Finanz-Team, Personal-Abteilung, IT-Abteilung) sowie externen Partnern wie Behörden, Finanzdienstleistern, Steuerberatern und Personal-Experten.
  • Sie verwalten monatliche und jährliche Gehaltsabrechnungszyklen, um eine nahtlose Zahlung von Gehältern, Boni und eine genaue Darstellung aller Punkte sicherzustellen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung des deutschen Arbeits- und Steuerrechts und die korrekte Übermittlung der Informationen an die jeweiligen Behörden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern und Behörden zur Sicherstellung von Compliance-Prüfungen für die zugewiesenen juristischen Personen durchzuführen.
  • Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um die Themen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie angrenzende Themen für Mitarbeiter und Personal-Team
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertung statistischer Informationen.
  • Verwaltung von Expat-Gehaltsabrechnung, deren jährlichen Steuererklärungen und Auslandseinsätzen aus der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsperspektive.
  • Monitoring und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Mitarbeit an der und Implementierung von Verbesserungen des Gehaltsabrechnungssystems
**Anforderungen und Qualifikationen**
  • Akademischer Abschluss oder sonstige Ausbildung mit 3-5 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (z. B. Steuern, Quellensteuer und Lohnpfändung, vermögenswirksame Leistungen, Pensionspläne etc).
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssoftwareprogrammen (ADP, DATEV, Cornerstone, SAP Payroll, Personio).
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit SAP SF (oder anderen HRIS) wären von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse in Excel und Word setzen wir voraus
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen sollte selbstverständlich sein.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem multinationalen, agilen Team sind von Vorteil.
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
