About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cross Channel Fundraising Manager to join our team at WWF Deutschland. As a key member of our Communications, Marketing, Fundraising & Transformation department, you will be responsible for leading our cross-channel fundraising efforts and developing strategies to engage and retain our supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-channel fundraising strategies to increase revenue and supporter engagement
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cross-channel fundraising

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cross-channel fundraising, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
