About the Position: This position is pivotal in the strategic formulation and execution of initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging supporters through both digital and traditional channels. The role encompasses the progressive and strategic enhancement of fundraising efforts across various platforms, while also taking into account emerging trends. Key responsibilities include the conceptualization of fundraising strategies, the orchestration of fundraising campaigns, and fostering collaboration within the international network.
Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, including self-management, team leadership, and a mindset that resonates with WWF's core values.
- A degree in Marketing or Fundraising, complemented by a minimum of five years' experience in dialogue marketing, sales, or fundraising.
- Proficiency in online fundraising tools, a track record of successful fundraising endeavors, fluency in both German and English, and strategic acumen.
