HR Partner for Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an HR Partner (m/f/d) to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the management team:
    • Oversee the workforce in production and provide guidance to technical and administrative staff
    • Facilitate recruitment, employee development, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with managers, employees, and labor representatives
  • Assist HR leadership with local and overarching labor relations matters
  • Engage in HR initiatives, including cross-site projects

Qualifications:

  • Degree in human resources or labor law preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
  • Proven expertise in labor relations
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and collective agreements, particularly in the Metall/NRW sector
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this international role
  • Demonstrated resilience, customer-focused approach, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Office applications; familiarity with Google Workspace and experience with SAP/HR or SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Fluency in German is required
