HR Business Partner:in Plant Hemer

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at the Hemer plant. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and implementing various HR initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to the management team, providing guidance on HR-related matters and implementing recruiting, personnel development, and promotion measures.
  • Collaborate with managers, employees, and works councils to ensure effective HR practices and resolve local and overarching works council issues.
  • Participate in HR projects, including cross-location initiatives, to drive business growth and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in human resources and/or labor law.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, with a focus on works council work.
  • Strong knowledge of labor, works constitution, and contract law, with a focus on collective agreement Metall/NRW.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as fluency in German.
  • High resilience, customer-orientation, strong communication skills, and competent appearance.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, with knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP/HR an advantage.
