Your Role in Our Vision.

  • We are looking for a working student to assist the CEO Communications and Positioning team with various administrative tasks, including maintaining our planning tools, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting desktop research, gathering data for reports and presentations.
  • You will design visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • You will manage and update our storage systems, repositories, and shared drives.
  • You will draft summaries and minutes from meetings.
  • You will contribute to the creation of monthly communications reports for the CEO Communications department.
  • You will assist in the execution of key projects, events, and initiatives.
  • You will collaborate closely with other departments and cross-functional teams on special projects.

Qualifications for Success.

  • You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline and are available to support us for 20 hours per week or full-time.
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in a communications role within a large organization during your studies.
  • You possess a foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • You have strong writing and editing skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • As you will operate in an international setting, a high level of English proficiency is required; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • You can perform your duties primarily on-site or remotely.
  • You have basic knowledge of analytics and reporting, including monitoring communication metrics and compiling performance reports.
  • You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • You are capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
