Your role in making an impact.

  • We are looking for a working student to assist the CEO Communications and Positioning team by providing essential administrative support, including regular updates to planning tools, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting desktop analysis, performing research, and compiling information for reports and presentations.
  • You will be tasked with creating visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • You will maintain and manage storage, repositories, and shared drives.
  • Your role will involve writing summaries and minutes from meetings.
  • You will assist in developing monthly communications reports for the CEO Communications department.
  • You will contribute to the execution of key projects, events, and initiatives.
  • You will collaborate closely with other departments and work with cross-functional teams on special projects.

Qualifications to make an impact.

  • You are currently pursuing a master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline and are available to support us for 20 hours/week or full-time.
  • Ideally, you have prior experience assisting a communications department within a large organization during your studies.
  • You possess a foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • You have strong writing and editing skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Given the international nature of the work, a high level of English proficiency is required, with knowledge of German being a plus.
  • You can perform your tasks primarily on-site or remotely.
  • You have basic knowledge of analytics and reporting, including monitoring and analyzing communication metrics and compiling reports on key performance indicators.
  • You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • You are capable of working proactively and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
