Position Details:
As a working student (d/f/m), you will be expected to contribute approximately 18 hours per week. This role is designed for students enrolled in a University or equivalent higher education institution, providing a fixed-term employment opportunity that complements your studies.

You will play a vital role in supporting projects that enhance both internal and external communications within the division.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and optimizing communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative concepts for internal and external communications.
  • Organize and prepare meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to gauge public sentiment.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Communication, Journalism, Public Affairs, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in communications or public affairs is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and moderation skills to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting.
  • Proactive attitude with strong teamwork and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Spanish and French is beneficial.
