Student Assistant (d/f/m) in Corporate Communications

Are you currently enrolled in a full-time academic program and seeking a student assistant role to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting? Do you wish to gain insights into the dynamic field of the Aerospace sector? We invite you to join our Connected Intelligence team within the cross-departmental division as a student assistant (d/f/m) for approximately 18 hours per week, where you will help develop and manage our communication strategies for our community.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist our international team in Connected Intelligence Cross-Programmes by collaborating closely to connect and engage with internal audiences (content creation, editorial scheduling, event planning):
  • Develop internal communication platforms (e.g., GSite, GChat, newsletters, etc.) under our supervision to facilitate community interaction, refining content with team support to ensure it resonates with our audience.
  • Create a comprehensive Communications strategy and actively contribute to its implementation, including (virtual) events such as All-Hands Meetings and Webinars.
  • Gather and analyze audience and content-related Key Performance Indicators to inform decision-making, channel engagement, planning, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new communication methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You are a registered student in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing,
  • Psychology, or a related field.
  • You possess a clear and engaging writing style, strong communication abilities, and a flair for social media.
  • You are confident yet humble, capable of working independently, creatively solving problems,
  • and thinking outside the box.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is essential.
  • You are eager to collaborate in diverse, cross-cultural teams, working across borders - teamwork and openness are fundamental values in our group, and we appreciate your input as a full team member.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge of German and French is a plus).
