Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, presenting and explaining our product portfolio, identifying customer needs, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to present and explain our product portfolio
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads to ensure effective sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and sales processes
- Demonstrate product benefits and explore opportunities to expand customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer support and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Friendly and confident demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm, persuasion, and goal orientation with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent German language skills with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and products
- Pleasant telephone voice and strong ability to build rapport with customers
