Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to understand and meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Player: You are a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility: You are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, including working varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
