Customer Operations Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Operations team as a working student. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to various functions and business processes within Texas Instruments, including Sales, Planning, Logistics, Receivables and Credits, and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and understanding of logistics processes and supply/demand management
- Contribute to the development of strategies to achieve annual revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation and efficiency initiatives
- Support the implementation of projects related to your academic background
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics/Management Information Systems, or a related business field
- Advanced English language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Business Objects is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Very good communication and relationship-building skills
