As the Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Special Neurology focusing on Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis, you will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and market positioning throughout the assigned region. This position requires a thorough analysis of market trends, management of brand planning, and customer engagement processes, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will enhance brand growth through effective communication and targeted promotional efforts tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Analysis & Insights: Oversee and analyze the European market for Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis. Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover customer preferences, unmet needs, and market dynamics. Keep track of competitor actions and industry trends to inform strategic choices.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies for the neurology product line, ensuring alignment with both global and regional objectives.
- Brand Planning: Initiate and oversee the annual brand planning process for the region in collaboration with the global team. Evaluate and refine the local brand plan while monitoring its implementation and identifying potential synergies at the regional level.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate the local customer engagement strategy, including Key Account Management, Marketing, Medical & Sales collaboration, and Digital transformation, providing guidance, processes, and tools.
- KOL Engagement: Collaborate with the regional Key Opinion Leader management strategy, providing insights and value-driven activities.
- Campaign Development: Create and lead brand campaigns, materials, and messaging using a multi-channel approach.
- Launch Support: Assist local markets in their readiness for product launches, utilizing global launch templates and materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with relevant cross-functional teams throughout the value chain, engaging with Global Product Teams, global Marketing teams, local affiliates, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy organizations.
- Event Leadership: Take the lead for significant European Neurology meetings and events targeting healthcare professionals and patient associations.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for the specialized neurology brands with a focus on entrepreneurial thinking.
- Training & Development: Share best practices across the region and provide training for local Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in Special Neurology, with a strong understanding of the Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis markets in Europe, complemented by robust analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with both global and regional goals.
- Experience in product launches, managing the annual brand planning process, and overseeing the execution of local brand plans.
- Strong capabilities in customer engagement, including Key Account Management and Digital transformation.
- Extensive knowledge of modern marketing tools, developing multi-channel brand campaigns, and supporting product launch preparations.
- Effective stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams with excellent communication abilities.
