Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Innovation Strategist to lead the development of masterplans for our product and commercial innovations. This role involves driving marketing elements across all media, leveraging consumer, shopper, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to build on consumer insights
  • Lead the masterplans behind our product and commercial innovations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing elements across all media
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
  • Proven strategic problem-solving skills with experience in Brand Management or Marketing
  • Ability to make complex decisions using data and intuition
  • Proficient English and German language skills (B2)
