We are currently seeking a
(Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) ICT - Healthcare
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management of essential customer relationship activities within the healthcare industry.
- Identify customer requirements and explore new business opportunities in the healthcare domain.
- Deliver customer business strategies and provide market insights to company leadership regarding competitive offerings and customer needs, contributing to product and service development initiatives.
- Manage the sales and marketing functions associated with the business account.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability to meet the company’s ambitious objectives.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of business strategies and the entry into new markets.
- Support market branding initiatives in the enterprise sector, participate in industry events related to technology forums and presentations.
- Coordinate internal resources, including pre-sales and channel sales teams.
- Monitor potential competitors and develop alternative strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT account sales.
- Proven experience in engaging with customers, including senior management, IT, procurement departments, and project teams.
- Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record in securing new business.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and solutions.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
