Licensing Manager (d/f/m)


Are you enthusiastic about content licensing and possess a background in the publishing sector? We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Licensing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our licensing initiatives.

In this position, you will engage with prominent publishing firms, editors, and authors to create innovative concepts for books, calendars, and non-book materials.

As an essential member of the New Business division, you will collaborate closely with the Content Sales & Licensing team, contributing to various projects and strategies.

Your responsibilities will include developing an e-commerce platform for our bookstore, assessing partnership opportunities, and overseeing contract discussions.

Additionally, you will conduct research to identify content for successful initiatives, formulate marketing strategies, and ensure their execution across our communication channels. You will also create partnership packages to present to publishing collaborators, manage project budgets, and oversee marketing and licensing settlements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the publishing field
  • Proficient language skills in German
  • Innovative mindset with an eye for design and trends
  • Strong negotiation skills and business insight
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit
