  • Oversee and manage both national and international initiatives focused on vehicle control systems, autonomous driving, and locomotive remote operations
  • Deliver technical guidance for components throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Engage with diverse industry stakeholders to tackle intricate technical issues
  • Propose innovative strategies for the design, development, certification, operation, and maintenance of vehicle control systems

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in Automatic Train Operation and project management is advantageous
  • Familiarity with locomotive remote operations, shunting processes, and Matlab is beneficial
  • Exhibit strong methodological and communication skills, a proactive approach, and negotiation capabilities
  • Committed to fostering innovation and continuous improvement with proficiency in both German and English
