We are excited to partner with a leading aviation company in Germany to develop innovative flight control systems. As a Flight Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing flight control systems that will make a real difference in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop flight control systems that meet the requirements of the aviation company
  • Collaborate with the flight team to integrate your code and ensure it works in real-life scenarios
  • Develop and implement control theory and flight algorithms to ensure safe and efficient flight operations
  • Work with the development team to integrate your code with other systems on the aircraft
  • Generate and test the final code for use on the aircraft
  • Continuously integrate and test your code to ensure it meets the requirements
  • Track progress and report to key stakeholders
  • Qualify the final flight control software for use
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with flight control systems
  • Expertise in control theory, flight control concepts, and the flight dynamics of electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles (eVTOLs)
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C programming
  • Experience with Polarion and GIT for version control (bonus)
