- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
- Coordinate with our product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
- Assist in managing proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness to potential clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide feedback to our product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements.
- Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
