Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated (Senior) Category Sales Manager for our expanding beauty division, located at our Hamburg headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales management, extensive industry insight, and a genuine enthusiasm for beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with B2B clients in the beauty sector.
  • Lead negotiations with both national and international clientele.
  • Design and execute effective B2B sales strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and enhancing our beauty category.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to explore opportunities and analyze market trends.
  • Track sales performance and deliver regular updates to management.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Professional experience in international account or sales management, ideally with a B2B customer network in the beauty industry, particularly in wholesale, retail, and trading.
  • A strong passion for beauty and sales, complemented by expertise in business development.
  • A degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
