Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for training and technical content in the Automotive Aftermarket division.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate digitalization and improve content production.
  • Support product experts in creating new repair solutions, focusing on e-mobility and diagnostics.
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of trainers and content specialists in the global aftermarket headquarters.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope, budget, and quality.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in engineering, automotive technology, or business administration.
  • Several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket, preferably in Product Management, Technical Services, or Technical Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop.
  • Previous experience in Technical Training and Content Creation, as well as e-Mobility, Diagnostics, and current trends in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills, with a forward-thinking and agile mindset.
