Global Training Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Training Manager. As a key member of our Automotive Aftermarket division, you will be responsible for managing our global training and technical content offer, developing a strategic roadmap to accelerate digitalization, and leading an interdisciplinary team of technical trainers and content specialists.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global training strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality training content
  • Lead a team of technical trainers and content specialists to achieve business goals
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform training content and strategy
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, automotive technology, or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket, with a focus on product management, technical services, or technical marketing
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and German, with additional languages a plus
