Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for training and technical content in the Automotive Aftermarket division.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate digitalization and improve content production.
  • Support product experts in developing new repair solutions, focusing on e-mobility and diagnostics.
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of technical trainers and content specialists in the global aftermarket headquarters in Frankfurt.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope, budget, and quality alignment with project goals.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, or business administration.
  • Several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket in Product Management, Technical Services, or Technical Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology, hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Technical Training and Content Creation, e-Mobility, Diagnostics, and current trends in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages beneficial.
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate in global teams, international work experience is beneficial.
