Your Role

As a Business Development Manager at ZEIT Talent, you will focus on the proactive marketing of our extensive portfolio, which includes digital, audio, print, and hybrid events. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your communication and sales expertise to establish new client relationships and enhance existing ones, ensuring a high standard of personalized consulting.
  • Regularly visiting clients to maintain and grow your customer base, balancing goal orientation with flexibility to maximize potential.
  • Independently creating media proposals and communication solutions, collaborating with various departments, and leading final contract negotiations with clients.
  • Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends, using this knowledge to contribute creatively to projects that expand our service offerings.
Qualifications
  • A completed education, preferably in media or services, or a degree in business administration.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B context, with knowledge of employer branding or recruitment being advantageous.
  • Experience in client acquisition and the development of existing accounts.
  • Open to career changers who can bring valuable insights from other fields, such as recruitment or personnel services, along with strong communication skills and customer orientation.
