Business Development Manager

We are a leading producer and distributor of Biochar in Europe, committed to accelerating the economy's transformation to NetZero. Our mission is to store 100 million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere in Biochar-based products.
Job Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As the main architect of our existing and potential partnerships for industrial biochar applications, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, exploring partnerships, and driving development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to enter existing and new markets with innovative products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Research & Development, and Process Engineering.
- Translate customer needs into technical specifications and quality parameters to drive product development.
- University degree in business administration, business engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in environmental technology, sustainability, or the chemical or steel industry.
- Proven track record in project management, industrial sales, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
- High IT-tool affinity, with experience in MS 365 and Notion.
