In this position, you will have the chance to:
Oversee and guide the Radiology Informatics (RI) Delivery teams, formulating and executing strategies across Central Europe, including Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the RI Delivery units for Central Europe, managing a revenue scope exceeding 20 million EUR annually and a workforce of over 40 personnel.
- Driving the RI Implementation strategy for the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and collaborating closely with the EI RI Implementation leadership team across Europe.
- Supervising various teams of Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Clinical Process Consultants, ensuring compliance with standardized delivery processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing the Implementation Delivery processes for Radiology Informatics, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Formulating short, medium, and long-term plans that align with business margin expectations, focusing on minimizing physical interventions, automating entitlement management, and maintaining a clean install base with digital updates.
- Ensuring cost efficiency and optimization by monitoring key performance indicators such as resource utilization, role/skill level rates, and project costing.
- Overseeing critical projects and high-priority accounts, balancing risk management and issue escalation, and preparing detailed progress and escalation reports with recommended corrective actions.
- Proposing enhancements to processes and procedures proactively to foster continuous improvement.
- Establishing a robust and competitive RI Implementation delivery unit for Central Europe that is poised for profitable growth.
- Managing workforce and resource allocation to build a capable and well-resourced delivery team.
You will be part of:
The Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Europe and China organization. Reporting to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader for Europe and China, you will collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation across Europe and China.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector within the DACH region, including P&L responsibilities.
- A degree or qualification in software engineering, business engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT (software/hardware) professional services.
- Experience in a managerial role, preferably across diverse countries and markets.
- A proven history of successfully transforming delivery processes and teams.
- Relevant experience in improvement initiatives for software delivery projects, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards, as well as managed services quality.
- A comprehensive understanding of the "people business," including management of key skills in project, solutions, and services sectors, alongside continuous professional development across the resource base.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- A willingness to travel as required.
