Job Title: Head of HR Administration

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Administration to join our HR Service Team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our managers and employees across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop digital workflows in our eHR system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Recruiting, HR Business Partner, and Compensation and Benefits, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team in organizing day-to-day business and provide continuous support to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and optimize HR standards and processes, and work on cross-divisional projects to drive business growth.
  • Promote and motivate employees, and support them in 14 European countries.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics with a focus on HR management or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in HR administration in an international company.
  • At least 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act as a central point of contact for internal HR matters.
  • Customer-oriented approach, combining analytical thinking with a focus on results.
  • Strong digital skills and ability to contribute to the further development of HR processes and systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English, with additional foreign language skills an advantage.
