Corporate Finance Trainee

Position Overview
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will:
- Assist the Corporate Finance team in creating presentations for financial results, capital markets events, and materials for the Supervisory Board.
- Contribute to the investment and fundraising initiatives for businesses backed by Rocket Internet, as well as other investment prospects within the Internet industry.
- Support the investment and reporting functions of the Rocket Internet Capital Partners fund.
- Engage in the assessment and implementation of new projects, offering you significant learning experiences.
- Work alongside a team of six full-time professionals, gaining direct exposure to the senior management of Rocket Internet and its affiliated companies.
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in business administration or a related discipline, with a solid grasp of Corporate Finance principles.
- Previous experience through internships at a global investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate finance/transaction advisory services team within an international accounting organization.
- Capable of delivering quick solutions while working autonomously, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit a hands-on approach, analytical mindset, structured working style, and logical reasoning abilities.
- Fluent in both German and English.
