Corporate Finance Trainee

Role Overview:
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will:
- Assist the Corporate Finance team in preparing essential materials, including results presentations and reports for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the investment and fundraising initiatives for businesses supported by Rocket Internet, as well as exploring additional investment prospects within the Internet industry.
- Support the investment activities and reporting functions of the Rocket Internet Capital Partners fund.
- Engage in the assessment and implementation of new projects, providing significant learning experiences.
- Collaborate within a team of six full-time professionals, gaining direct exposure to senior management and the broader network of companies.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in business administration or a related discipline, with a solid understanding of Corporate Finance principles.
- Previous experience through internships at a global investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate finance advisory team at an international accounting firm.
- Ability to devise quick solutions independently, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit a hands-on approach, along with analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
