We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our Business Intelligence division, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
- Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and proposed strategies for turnaround
- Ensure customer training and product utilization through collaboration with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring of internal reports
- Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support
- Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, including business groups, competitors, and current and developing needs
- Act as a client conduit for feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate client records within our systems
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
- Proficient in German and English
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred
