Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

At Anker Innovations LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the EU residential solar and storage market, including regulations, policies, and industry trends.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and analyze financial models for residential solar solutions, including own, leasing, and rental options.
  • Technical Consulting: Provide technical guidance to internal sales teams and external customers on solar power solutions and product compatibility.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop and improve solar power solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in solar power solutions or equivalent renewable energy industry experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD, drafting, and simulation software (e.g., Aurora, PVsyst, PVsol) a plus.
  • Language: Proficient English level, with Mandarin capacity an asset.
  • Travel: Flexible to travel up to 25% of the time, with ability to adjust according to business needs.
