Job Title: Regional RA/QA/Safety Manager

Karo Healthcare is a dynamic and growing company that empowers people to make intelligent health decisions. We're currently seeking a highly skilled Regional RA/QA/Safety Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regulatory, quality, and safety aspects of Karo's growing portfolio in Central Europe.
  • Act as a Scientific Affairs representative within the Central European team, connecting with global stakeholders, regional commercial organization, and external partners.
  • Oversee GDP management, complaint management, and drug shortage reporting for regional partners.
  • Provide local RA intelligence, translation, and labeling services for medicinal products.
  • Manage patient safety, including adverse event collection, documentation, and follow-up, as well as vigilance for medical devices and cosmetics.
  • Support marketing with claims compliance and review of materials.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on safety and QA, and 2-4 years of experience in regulatory and commercial compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
  • Passionate about consumers and products, with a commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Ability to connect across Karo's Commercial Central Europe team and Global Scientific Affairs.
