We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Intersnack. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and implementing quality assurance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier relationships and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with Intersnack's quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and food fraud investigations to identify potential quality risks.
- Work closely with buying managers to develop and implement category strategies and achieve procurement targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-based field (e.g. Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Food Quality Management, Microbiology, Chemistry).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, quality management, or a related field in the FMCG and/or food industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and GFSI schemes (BRC/IFS/FSSC).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-complexity, multicultural organization.
