Supplier Quality Assurance Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Intersnack Procurement. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging materials meet the highest quality and food safety standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs for packaging materials to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and company requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that quality and food safety standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Food Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
